Shortly after Tavas was given to me I met my husband Tracy. For my birthday a year later he bought me a beautiful Palomino mare named "With Love to Win" and I went to all the open shows I could. Love was a yearling, so I started her in halter, while I practiced the other classes on Tavas. Love, Tavas and I hit a pretty good lick most of the time and I ended up taking Love to the Palomino World as a two year old where she placed 9th.

On the way home from the Palomino World Show, while hauling some minis for a friend, the talk of buying a few miniatures came up. This venture was to help defray the cost of showing the Palominos. At this time, being limited on acreage the little horses seemed to fit the bill. Little did I realize how important minis would become to me.
